The Sweater is a fairly loosely knitted garment with a huge 12 inch (31 cm) ribbed turtleneck.
Size LARGE or ONE SIZE which fits most.

width under arm = about 22/23 in (58/59 cm)
length inside sleeve incl. rib = 22/23 in (56/58 cm)
length of sweater below turtleneck incl. rib = 27/28 in (69/71 cm)
